Ordering Patient Meals
At MultiCare Yakima Memorial, we offer patients a menu that features freshly prepared, seasonally inspired local favorites. We believe food should be both nutritious and satisfying. We select premium vendors who provide us with local, fresh foods to help build a healthy community.
To order meals while in the hospital, dial 8126.
Helpful hint about ordering your meals: If you reach voicemail, press 1 at any time to record your meal. We will begin preparing your food immediately and it will be delivered in about 45 minutes.
Please limit entrée and dessert selections to one each per order and place meal orders at least two hours apart.
Room Service Hours
- Breakfast: 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Lunch: 11 a.m. to 3p.m.
- Dinner: 4 p.m. to 7p.m.
Your doctor or dietitian may prescribe a modified diet for you based on your medical needs or allergies, so some foods may be restricted from your diet.

Guests (visitors) are also able to visit the hospital Café as long as they have been screened, wear a mask and follow the same social distancing guidelines as hospital employees are required to follow.
MultiCare Yakima Memorial's Café is located on the first floor. Meals are served during the following hours, seven days a week:
- Breakfast: 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Lunch/dinner: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The café closes briefly at the following times to prepare for the next meal service:
(During these times, food and beverage purchases can still be made at the Espresso Bar and vending machines.)
- 10:00 am - 11:00 am daily.
- 4:45 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Vending machines are located on each floor of the hospital. An ATM machine is available on the first floor. Coffee is available in most waiting areas, but we ask that you do not eat in waiting areas.

Our café menu is usually posted before 8 a.m. on Monday. If you cannot see the current menu, you may have an old menu cached. Try pressing f5 to refresh.
For soup of the day, call 8338. If you are calling from outside the hospital, call 509-575-8000 then ext. 8338.
The Well Bean
Serving coffee drinks, smoothies, breakfast, lunch and dinner items as well as pizza and paninis. Gift items are also available. The Well Bean is located right outside the café and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
